Ascension Movement, LLC. is the legal name and business entity of its social movement arm, the Ascension Movement. It is a new and dynamic business organization comprised of various business models, which will diversify its earnings, capabilities and resources. These business models include book publishing, retail, radio and television. In the general sense, Ascension Movement, LLC has as its means the task of creating jobs, partnerships and positive change. Its greatest end will be the building of new schools, as it strives to take our youth to new educational heights.

We are not a non-profit organization, and as such, we will not ask for donations, pledges or contributions. However, we do ask that you patronize our businesses. Our initial business forays are Ascension Publishing and Brain Rain Fashion designs. Ascension Publishing is a small-budget book publishing company that, while servicing the author, will also empower the author to get maximum profits from his or her book. Brain Rain Fashion is a fashion design company with a signature clothing item that focuses on school-age children. Most importantly, we have as our ultimate goal, that of building schools. Stay tuned.

———-The Ascension Movement is, as its name provides, a movement about rising up. It is a movement that will benefit those that want real, grass-roots change and improvement. Many will be led to water; hopefully all will drink. In its entire scope, the Ascension Movement will serve all races and socio-economic backgrounds. Energy will be drift to those with the greatest need, primarily the low-income and our children in the public school systems. We mention schools because ultimately, more than anything else, the Ascension Movement has as its goal the building of new schools in the inner cities that will bring new challenges, greater educational proficiency and higher expectations to its students.

Along the way, the Ascension Movement will make inroads into various social systems, particularly [education, business and politics]. We want to help balance the scales of justice in society. We want our children to re-discover the value of books. We want our children to hoard knowledge. We want our high school graduates to recognize the legacy and importance of HBCUs. We want to strengthen the infrastructure of all infrastructures, our people. And in doing so, we will always have the same goal and effect: that of improving our world in tangible and measurable ways in a unified fashion for all of our citizens.
